Sorry Wirecutter, I keep telling myself to stop commenting so much, but I can't help myself. 1. How does one extrude the macorani with the hole in the middle? I can't figure out how this works. 3. Me. I am that dog. My wife has tired to hide cheese, but finally gave up. The shredded is super bad because I don't even need to go through the effort of slicing that. Can you image the digestive problems I've given myself on a low-carb diet where cheese is basically "free?" -Just A Chemist

The macaroni die has a central "plug" supported from the rear that allows the dough to flow around the support and seal the tube.

ReplyDeleteGoldblatt BladeRunner. $200 on Ebay.
DeleteLooks really similar to a Blade Runner. Might be a knockoff. Mine doesn't look quite like that.
