The National budget

Due to budget shortfalls Congress has announced they intend to make it more difficult to claim:
 Unemployment Benefits, Welfare, Food stamps, and Free Medical Care.
Starting next Monday, the forms will be printed in English.

    About Friggen' time! I'd add ballots, property tax bills, and all DMV paperwork to the list too.

    I so agree with JeffH!!! Especially the DMV.... fuckers are 6 deep in there and their rug rats are running all over the place...
