What the fuck, man? I'd have slapped the spurs to that horse and rode right over that motherfucker.

I always thought that once the horses came out....boy howdy, you had better disperse.

It is so obvious that the cops have been neutered. Makes you wonder if they would ever "sweep" through and clear the area.
