Sometimes the simplest ways are the best.

You know your local power station, the unguarded place with a tall barbed wire topped fence around it?
A length of chain or cable/wire rope whipped over that fence will wreak some serious havoc if needed.
Just sayin'.

    Especially if you hang onto the cable so you can retrieve it.

    A length of chain or cable/wire rope tossed over the transmission lines will bring the thing down immediately. Just don't be holding on to it when it makes contact...
