The TCB Car
This was originally posted last May. Given the daily deterioration of our Rights and the rapid advancement of a Police State, I feel that it deserves a re-post, both as a reminder to long-time readers and those folks that have recently started visiting here.
The Taking Car of Business Car
It was suggested to me a while back that some of my articles and postings should have disclaimers. Okay, if you insist.
Disclaimer: No Asians were harmed during the writing of this post.
I’ve got a little bit of experience of using TCB cars from my younger years and thought I’d pass on some tips that I feel helped to keep me from ever getting busted. Granted, times change, especially with GPS, but I’d like to think these pointers kept me from ever getting arrested for about 10 years of living wild.
By the way, they need a warrant to put GPS on you. They can tail you just because.
Some of this stuff is so obvious that it doesn’t really need to even be said but you’d be surprised at the idiots that overlook them and end up getting nailed.
One thing I need to say is don’t use a stolen car. You have something to accomplish and you don’t need the authorities looking for you before you even get started.
Your Taking Care of Business car should be completely unremarkable. It needs to not be noticed for obvious reasons - you’re taking care of business and you don’t want people to remember you being in the area. Something 4 or 5 years old, in good mechanical shape with a clean body and good paint and no cracks in the windshield. No bumper or window stickers (says the man with a F*ck Obama sticker on his tailgate) and for God’s sake, no personalized license plates. No loud exhaust. If you require a pickup, a truck that’s commonly used as fleet vehicles would be perfect, like a white Ford Ranger or F-150. You definitely want to stay away from lifted trucks or lowered cars. Keep your music low enough to where it doesn’t attract attention. Blend in. Don’t be noticed and don’t get pulled over getting there.
Obviously, it helps to match the vehicle to the environment - A pickup with a load of hay in the back might look perfectly normal in Denair California but it’s gonna draw attention in Manhattan.
Before leaving for whatever you may be doing, do a walk-around and look for anything that doesn’t look right. Make sure you have both license plates and they’re securely fastened. Look for small punctures in your tail lights, mud on the back of the car, anything that might make it stand out to somebody that’s tailing you.
Make sure you are completely legal. Make sure you have your license, registration and proof of insurance up to date. Check every one of your vehicles’ lights - turn signals, brakes, headlights, backup and most importantly the license plate light. Check your tires - make sure they’re in good shape not only to keep you from getting pulled over for bald tires but because you might have to put them to hard use if things don’t go according to plan.
Leave your regular cell phone at home. Buy a cheap pre-paid phone for your trip if absolutely have to have a phone. Don’t program any numbers into it in case you have to get rid of it.
Make sure you have a full tank of gas. Never start anything with less than a full tank of gas. Every gas station in the country has security cameras and you’re trying to stay unnoticed and as untraceable as you possibly can. If you’re traveling and need to refuel, hit the stations right off the interstate where they see thousands of people every day and pay cash. Never use a debit card when taking care of business. It’s hard to say later on that you weren’t there when they have your financial information in front of them saying you were along with a picture of you using your debit card.
Plan your route and stops with a couple of alternate routes. If it’s local, drive it (using a different car) at about the same time that your plan calls for and check it out. Look for one way streets, cul-de-sacs and parking lots. Go to Google Earth and look at the overall view. Check the local paper and see if there’s any road construction scheduled.
If transporting large items do your load-out under cover or in a garage. I think that with the recent developments with drones overflying our Nation nowadays, it would be prudent to do it under trees if possible even when behind fences if your doing it outside. Be aware of buildings surrounding you that might have a surveillance team or even an innocent onlooker that’ll report you to the police for suspicious activities. Do a quick check under your car for anything out of the ordinary like little black boxes. Be especially careful along your frame, under your wheel wells, bumpers and around your spare if it’s under the car, anyplace that’s easily accessible to plant these devices. Recent Supreme Court rulings state that a warrant is needed for that, so if you find one you’ve already got major problems. Cancel the fucking job.
Before getting underway, check the inside of your vehicle, making sure that anything that shouldn’t be seen can’t be seen. Keep all weapons out of sight, even in a state where it’s legal to do so. If traveling any distance, make sure you have enough food and water to last until your next fuel stop. Stay away from diuretics such as coffee and soda - you want to keep your stops down to fuel stops only.
It goes without saying that if at all possible, there should be two people in the car. The extra eyes come in handy, especially when you’re in unfamiliar territory.
Once you get started, just use common sense and obey all the traffic laws - signal when changing lanes, don’t blow through red lights, make sure you come to a complete stop at stop signs, stuff like that. Be courteous, yield the right of way and do not get into any pissing contests with another driver over anything. Don’t drive any faster than 5 mph over the posted or suggested speed limit. Turn your headlights on and stay off the cell phone you were supposed to leave behind. Slow down for chickens crossing the road instead of turning them into a cloud of feathers. Do not consume any alcohol or drugs at all from start to finish. The victory drink or joint comes after you return home.
Stay alert to your surroundings at all times. Always keep a running tab on vehicles and their occupants around you. It’s not that hard with a little practice and even after 20 years of being good I still find myself doing it. Your assistant driver should be doing the same thing and communicating with you. Watch for cars that are hanging way back, cars that disappear and reappear after extended periods of time and realize that the Law will not have just one or two cars tailing you, they’ll have a whole series of them. They’ll be drifting alongside of you, ahead of you, and way back, working in twos or threes. Remember that tail light that you were supposed to check for small punctures? It’ll stand out like a sore thumb hundreds of yards away at night every time you tap your brakes. That’s why it was put there.
Assuming you don’t think you’ve picked up a tail en route, it seems like you should just proceed normally to your drop, right? No. Before you get close to your drop, turn into a shallow residential cul-de-sac that you should’ve located via Google Earth or city map. As you turn in, one of you keep a close eye on the road behind you and watch what vehicles go past. If one turns in behind you, get out of the vehicle, go up and knock on a door and give the homeowner a line of bull, apologize and leave. If whoever followed you into the cul-de-sac hasn’t gone into a house, assume at that point you’ve been burned.
If nobody follows you in, check the vehicles in driveways or on the street and compare them to ones that drove past the cul-de-sac. Use common sense and your best judgment.
Use anyplace that you have to be followed into to your advantage - parking lots especially, the smaller the better.
Once you’ve accomplished what you set out to do, there’s a natural tendency to relax. Stay vigilant, fuel your vehicle if needed and go home, keeping an eye out for the ever-threatening tail. You don’t have to actually be caught doing something for a conspiracy charge and if you’re seen coming or going to the event it’s going to be hard to argue you had nothing to do with it.
As far losing a tail, you’re going to have to find that out from somebody else. I’ve never had to put my contingency plans to use so I can’t give you first hand reports on their effectiveness.

Can you say 'Stasi'?
Florida House and Senate budget leaders have awarded Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw $1 million for a new violence prevention unit aimed at preventing tragedies like those in Newtown, Conn., and Aurora, Colo., from occurring on his turf.
Bradshaw plans to use the extra $1 million to launch “prevention intervention” units featuring specially trained deputies, mental health professionals and caseworkers. The teams will respond to citizen phone calls to a 24-hour hotline with a knock on the door and a referral to services, if needed.
“We want people to call us if the guy down the street says he hates the government, hates the mayor and he’s gonna shoot him,” Bradshaw said. “What does it hurt to have somebody knock on a door and ask, ‘Hey, is everything OK?’ ”

Words to live by
Now remember, when things look bad and it looks like you're not gonna make it, then you gotta get mean. I mean plumb, mad-dog mean. 'Cause if you lose your head and you give up, then you neither live nor win. That's just the way it is. – Josey Wales

Author Matt Bracken describes how America is transforming into a police state.
Watch the entire video. Pay close attention to the part after the rousing band music. The man knows what the fuck he's talking about.

Overheard recently at a gun show:
“The best part? These idiots think we’re gonna sit in our houses trembling, waiting for them. Or that we are going to line up on the village green for them to kill us all. They have no idea whatsoever that the smart boys and girls know exactly who created these little banana republic militaries in every village, town, and city. It’s going to be epic.”

TL speaks
"The DHS has no authority whatsoever. It is unConstitutional in every aspect. It interferes with proper elected officials and comes into cities and towns, but it has no jurisidiction except that we allow it to happen. It is a fait acompli because we allowed it. Now it is the primary enemy to liberty.
If you want to know the target of your oppression, the flag-bearer of your lost liberty, it is with the DHS. From the TSA to the tracking of individuals to drones, you will find the DHS. They are, in effect, the Gestapo. If you want to see German totalitarian tactics you need to look no further."

The Vulgar Curmudgeon
Got a new blog started HERE by a regular reader and commenter of a lot of our blogs, prepper and III Percenter oriented, called the Vulgar Curmudgeon.
I especially like the name of his blogroll - Government Surveillance Targets, and not surprisingly I'm on it.
Go check it out now and come back to it regularly - if it's as good as his comments (and it looks to be) it'll be a treat.

Fusion Centers
Fusion Centers are a conglomerate of local, state and federal agencies dedicated to one thing: depriving us of our Liberties by spying, eavesdropping and monitoring people that they consider to be dangerous - Patriots for one, people like you and me. Their very existence proves them to be traitors of the Constitution as invasion of our Right to privacy seems to be their main function, under the guise of protecting our Nation from terrorists which under the reign of Big Sis seems to be expanding daily.
I've gotten several hits from the Fusion Center in Mather (formerly Mather AFB) on my blog, more than I probably know. Use this information as well as Google Earth to locate your local Fusion Center in your state.
Fuck the Feds.

*****
State and major urban area fusion centers (fusion centers) serve as focal points within the state and local environment for the receipt, analysis, gathering, and sharing of threat-related information between the federal government and state, local, tribal, territorial (SLTT) and private sector partners.
Located in states and major urban areas throughout the country, fusion centers are uniquely situated to empower front-line law enforcement, public safety, fire service, emergency response, public health, critical infrastructure protection, and private sector security personnel to understand local implications of national intelligence, thus enabling local officials to better protect their communities. Fusion centers provide interdisciplinary expertise and situational awareness to inform decision-making at all levels of government. They conduct analysis and facilitate information sharing while assisting law enforcement and homeland security partners in preventing, protecting against, and responding to crime and terrorism.
Fusion centers are owned and operated by state and local entities with support from federal partners in the form of deployed personnel, training, technical assistance, exercise support, security clearances, connectivity to federal systems, technology, and grant funding.

Word
"RESIST"
Fight
It starts and ends with our rights, those that are fighting to take them, and those who are fighting to preserve the legal acknowledgment of them. We have chosen to use business and economics as one of the ways to resist. It is what we know, it is what seems appropriate at this time and place. Our company is motivated to work against the progressive agenda that is focused on restricting our freedom and rights, here and now.
Rights
“...in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best ensure the beneficent ends of its institution.”- Preamble to the Bill of Rights
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.- Amendment 2
Realize first, that more Arms in the hands of the people, even if not actively used to secure a free state, passively offer the security to a free State.
Recognize
We are in a cold war. Our very own Cultural Cold War is not being won. We had the home field advantage, our way of life is under attack and is only being realized by enough of the masses to maybe hit a tipping point.
We have always been in a conflict of ideals in this country. It even continued in domestic politics after we became a nation. Thats ok, we have the freedom to believe what we want, which includes opposing viewpoints. However it was usually opposing views from similar world views. The collective world view of Communism and Socialism has been on the offensive for so long in this country, and we have lost so much ground. It is to the point that many wonder if reestablishment of the constitutional republic is even possible, let alone without a hot conflict. Our way of life became undermined by collectivists that recognized how to weaken and influence over time, and enough people let them that it has over time proved a sound strategy for them. If it is not to late for us all to fight back. We as a business are taking the fight of freedom erosion to the gun manufacturing world.
Here is the over simplified pictorial of how a cold war goes. All it takes is for one side to not counter fast enough for the opposition to gain ground. Since it is now clear that regardless of how we express our views on gun control more than half of the politicians will support what they feel they can get away with. In the past 10 years we allowed to much time to lapse between moves. But now that the push to control is continuing like never before, let me explain how together, manufacturers and consumers, we can work together to fight them in ways that they understand, through money.
Move 1- We support our local gun community and family gun culture, we embrace the right to bear arms, and support the gun & ammo manufacturing industry as consumers and advocates, building skills and burning ammo.
Counter 1- They don’t waste a crisis, blame the evil in the world on a inanimate object. They simplify the cause they categorize the object (Arms) into a new demonized group. Then provide the over simplified solution by making it seem like the problem will go away.
Move 2- We learn and study the laws and the mentality of our opponent. We learn where in the rules, and definitions we have a angle. We learn how they are describing the reality that they perceive it. Then we change the object, characteristics, technology, or attributes that are locked into their poorly conceived rules. the market then makes the solution known and available for the larger population.
Counter 2- They blame business, manufactures, or other group of people who are perceived responsible for the change in the landscape. They look for another crisis to blame on the demonized group of people associated with evil inanimate object.
Move 1- We fight to develop stronger community of support and cultural identity that is resistant to the blame game through both strength and intelligence. Build more skills and burn more ammo, prepare and maneuver.
Act
Manufactures cannot do it on our own. The consumer needs to act, as we see now voting with your wallet and hard earned resources is the way to get your point across. The fight now is to defend your ability to own Arms that they consider evil because they are both modern, and military based. Almost every log gun has been both modern and military based when the design was new. Now they have their sights fixed on the AR15 more than anything else. If you own a AR15 here is how you can act to “insure” your gun. If you don’t own one, here is a chance to own a AR15 that you can customize and build.
Buy a 80% receiver! Enjoy the pride of ownership more than you would buying a gun off the rack. Use it to hedge against the strong possibility that the AR15 you own will have its model name listed on a government ban list in the future. We think it would be better to buy it from our company than any other source, yes we are biased. But you will be to when you compare our product to others.
Support
We were the kids that drove teachers and authority figures nuts, we are still doing it to the government within our own company culture. We try to find a way around the stupid rules to get a point across. We value helping the cause as much as we ask for help.
Many of our freedoms have been legislated away, scarcity and value go together. We not only value the freedom, but are willing and able to show the futility of legislation trying to push a “progressive morality”. You need to be concerned, and fight for the formation or maintenance of like minded community identity.
Fight the labels with your words, do not use the terms that they use. Stick to the common language that binds our culture together, there are no assault weapons, just Arms. Keep actively fighting their labeling, there should be no separation between hunters and shooters because of what color the gun is. There should not be distain for other gun owners in different states that are being attacked more overtly.
Non compliance to unjust laws is one way of resisting. They can’t make you do anything you don’t choose with a risk vs. reward equation. Actively flaunting the flaws in their plans or laws is a way to resist also.
We are throwing effort and significant resources into the active resistance. Support your resistance and vote with your actions and wallets. The best way to get under a politician’s skin is to show them they can’t control you.
I want to hear the Country wide “slap” of Progressive Lawmakers collectively applying a face-palm When there are enough Arms they label as “Assault Weapons” in the hands of the public they will feel the impact of the move / counter cycle. Let them know they have a fight on their hands.
Learn about and support the innovation of companies that have brought you bullet buttons, “featureless” rifle grips, 80% lower receivers, home manufacture of guns, reloading, smuggling, whatever it takes. Keep the cold war risky in order to slow the onset of a hot war as long as possible. Once time is up, it will never be the same again.

Time to dig
All right, you've done your recons. You know where your MSR (Main Supply Routes) into your area are, you know where the choke points are and you know the best spots to ambush them. Time to go home and wait for the shit to start, right?
Wrong. Go dig some fucking holes. Scout out those areas some more and figure out exactly where the best spot is to place your effective fire, then dig your emplacements, whether they be shallow depressions, classic chest deep foxholes, shell scrapes or even small bunkers. Of course, use the utmost discretion while doing so.
You need firing positions and cover. Take lessons from the Viet Cong who prepared their ambush sites weeks, months and even years in advance. It's a hell of a lot easier to do your combat preps before the shit gets out of hand than after. There ain't any drones flying overhead now, right?
If you prepare these positions now it'll hardly be noticeable - you'll just be digging holes if someone were to see you doing it. But if you wait until hostilities begin, your digging will be recognized for what it is. An added advantage of doing it now is that in a few weeks they will be well camouflaged with natural vegetation growing up and around it. You also want to clear firing lanes and nothing screams Tactical Position like freshly cut firing lanes. If they're prepared in advance, you won't have all those white cuts on shrubs and trees pointing right to your positions - they'll age and brown and look completely natural.
Small bunkers especially. If you construct a bunker and then place your dirt on top of your overhead, then pretty soon you'll have weeds and grasses growing out of it and it'll look just like a small hump in the field next to that major intersection.
Cache some ammo, water and MREs nearby so you don't have to pack that shit in.
Plan your site well and most importantly, plan several escape routes. A Patriot that gets away lives to fight another day, but a dead Patriot is, well, a dead Patriot.

Fuck you and your fusion centers
Law enforcement intelligence-processing fusion centers have long come under attack for spying on Americans. The Arkansas director wanted to clarify the truth: centers only spies on some Americans – those who appear to be a threat to the government.
In trying to clear up the ‘misconceptions’ about the conduct of fusion centers, Arkansas State Fusion Center Director Richard Davis simply confirmed Americans’ fears: the center does in fact spy on Americans – but only on those who are suspected to be ‘anti-government’.
“The misconceptions are that we are conducting spying operations on US citizens, which is of course not a fact. That is absolutely not what we do,” he told the NWA Homepage, which supports KNWA-TV and Fox 24.
After claiming that his office ‘absolutely’ does not spy on Americans, he proceeded to explain that this does not apply to those who could be interpreted as a ‘threat’ to national security. Davis said his office places its focus on international plots, “domestic terrorism and certain groups that are anti-government. We want to kind of take a look at that and receive that information.”
