Clean bus, brightly colored seats and handrails, 'Piccadilly' in the window, and spiral stairs to the guy's right...I'm gunna hazard a guess and say 'London'.

Nope, its probably London, definitely the UK: look at the stairs to the right. They lead to the upper floor of a double-deck transit bus.
Maybe he's trying to decide which one he wants for dinner tonight.
