As a physician, this baffles me. I can’t think of a single infectious condition — bacterial, fungal, or viral — where the best medical treatment is to delay the use of a anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, or anti-viral until the infection is far advanced.”

ReplyDeleteThis reluctance is all Fauci's doing. He's NOT HAPPY that the therapy wasn't discovered in one of his "shops" so that he gets ALL the credit. How someone of his stature could deny a therapy that may save peoples lives is utterly disbelievable especially considering that Chloroquine has been around for 50 odd years and side effects are well know and understood. So you try on some people that are already near death. Like Trump said "What have you got to loose?

If it had been me, I'd have dribbled him down Pennsylvania Avenue after the first time he disagreed with me in public, if I was in Trump's shoes. He has ONE JOB. Save Peoples Lives, protect against pandemics and be prepared for them. What the heck has he been doing at NIAID for the 37 years? What a failure.
