LODI, Calif. — A Lodi man tried sending cocaine through the mail under the guise of it being a jar of peanut butter, police said Wednesday.
Donald, Thatcher, 39, was arrested on identity theft and drug charges related to possession, transportation and sales, the Lodi Police Department said.
