Biden's VP search puts spotlight on how long he'll serve

WASHINGTON – Joe Biden has longed to win the White House for more than three decades. If he finally makes it there after November's election, he's already talking about leaving.

In an effort to ease concerns about his age, the 77-year-old presumptive Democratic nominee has said he wouldn't seek reelection if his mental or physical health declined. He has also referred to himself as a “transition candidate," acting as a bridge to a younger generation of leadership.

  1. One thing nobody is talking about is the 25th Amendment option. He obviously has diminished mental capacity right now. What if they use it on Biden and the Vice President takes over when Biden serves one day more than two years and the Vice president gets whats left of Biden's term plus two full terms that is a little less than 10 years in office. All totally legit. Avery scary thought

    1. ...and imagine if it's that beached manatee who walks up right, Stacey Abrams. Could anyone honestly admit that they ever voted for such a disgusting creature? Not to mention her complete lack of any type of professional accomplishment that could remotely qualify her for ANY job in the Federal .gov, never mind Vice President or President.

    2. We both know Joe doesn't have three years left in him. But I think it's so cute that he thinks he's going to get to pick his running mate.

  2. OMG! he said younger. Sure youts like AOC are thinking, he means us. Finally we can be rid of old white men!!1
Except notso fast. Creepy Joe is so old that a 60 yr old would be 'younger'.

There is a very deep and wide gulf between what the commies say and what they mean.

  3. He's a bridge alright. One lane crossing a small creek in the middle of nowhere.

  4. The "bridge to the younger generation is the oldest most senile guy they can find? It's like they don't even hear themselves talking.
