EL RENO, Okla. (KFOR) – A dispute between the owner of a medical marijuana dispensary and her former employees is escalating after they say she owes them more than $4,000 in back pay.

Congratulations KFOR! You used the right verb tense! There are too many phrases between "dispute" and "is," but you used the right tense. Having "employees" next to "is" can be confusing, but you recognized singular subject and singular verb. Yea!
