Back in the 60's when I would listen to every University of Denver hockey game on the radio. These were teams that could stay with the best international teams...you know...Team USA that won the Gold in '60, yeah teams like that. Anyway, I'd get to go to a couple of games a year and at one of them a puck came up over the glass, I raced to get it.... tie goes ..... the little kid that time. I'll never forget the gentleman's kindness in handing me the puck...which I still have. As for the woman in the video.... Karma baby....Karma.
This incident occurred at a 2011 game between the Houston Astros and the Arizona Diamondbacks at Minute Maid Park in Houston. It wasn't a foul ball - a player tossed the ball to the girl and the woman grabbed it away.
The team sent someone out with an autographed ball for the little girl later in the game. And the thief got roasted for weeks on social media. Done deal.
Very very few times in my life have I thought "I'm gonna get charged here", but that bitch would have had assault charges agin me after that little tidbit.
