All Talladega Garage Doors Have Nooses – NASCAR Video Evidence

When NASCAR rolled in to Alabama and the Talledega motor speedway, the story of a “rope noose” in the garage of Bubba Wallace grabbed media attention. However, a NASCAR video of the exact garage doors at the Talledega motor speedway shows all of the garages have ropes and nooses on them.

The images above are from a 2017 NASCAR “GarageCam” walk through during the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series garage at Talladega Superspeedway. The rope with a “noose” on the end is a simple method to pull down the garage door to close it. The noose provides a place to put your hand/wrist when closing the door.

Hat Tip Tazio Nuvolari who shares: “My guess on the “noose” incident in Talledega, watch this video, look close at the Talladega garage doors. Each one has a rope hanging down with a loop on the end to pull down the doors. One probably broke and someone just tossed it aside, then the crew member found it and thought it was something it wasn’t, now NASCAR is trying to figure out how to explain their stupidity.”

  1. Doesn't matter....now that they've made this big a mountain out of the mole hill, somebody will have to go down in infamy as the "man who roped Bubba"....this country better get it's legs steady under it, or we are looking at a repeat of 1917 Russia....

  2. I used to follow racing when men raced. Now, there are too many whiny bitches driving and too much political correctness. Give me the local dirt track, rednecks, beer and fighting.

  3. I figured it was a hoax all along. There is nothing I wouldn't past NASCAR either. They will do anything to bring their attendance/viewer numbers up except go back to the foundations that made NASCAR great before it was ruined by leftist.

  4. NASCAR's entire purpose is to allow racists to compete against each other by.....racing!

I quit watching them after they dumped the Winston Cup series because the anti-tobacco nannies screeched at them. It has continued to be downhill ever since. Glad I got over them back then.

  6. NASCAR has sold its soul to the networks because 'MONEY'.

In the process, the loyalty of the fan base has been taken for granted so they can sell expensive ad spots and sign juicy contracts. They must have figured they, the NASCAR management, could go 'WOKE' and the fans would go with them. I kinda doubt that will happen as a majority of those who enjoy NASCAR hail from the value set we associate with the south but really is one that loves Heritage more than anything else. You destroy Heritage and you lose the fan base.

I have no issue with Bubba Wallace as a driver but as a public figure I find he is a whiner and NASCAR hates whiners just as I do.

  8. NASCAR racing... raci... racists?
Yep. Never forgive nascar for this atrocity. Never. Fucking bury them.
Agree with poster up above. Local dirt tracks and beer. I don't like watching cars go 'round in circles, but take your $$ back to local tracks with actual men racing. Drink a beer, say something inappropriate, fly your Confederate flag and have a good time.

    1. You said it Sir, vote with your pocketbook. Same goes for the National Felons League, Major Loosers Buttboys, Jewtube, and all those types of groups. When you support them financially, you are tacitly endorsing them.

  12. NASCAR died the day Dale Earnhardt did...... Safety walls, restrictor plates, car of the future, drivers with not enough testosterone to grow facial hair, Danika Patrick, all nails sealing the door shut. It's dead and gone, walk away and never look back. Fuck Em

  15. NASCAR in general.....

I remember when NASCAR was production cars with tuned suspensions......

  16. Might as well stick a fork in the once great American institution of stock car racing. But not before all the pandering and virtue signaling has been tossed in. NASCAR, MLB and the NFL are circling the drain, all drug down by liberalism and their idiotic PC policies.
A garage door rope, jeez gimme a break.

  17. Shoot. All these rednecks here and nobody knows the difference between a noose and a Bimini twist knot. They look similar.

A noose loosens up to get it over the head, then tightens up for its desired effect. It's a slip knot. Difference is, a Bimini knot is a fixed loop and won't tighten up putting your hand in a bind when you're yanking hard to get the door down.

  18. After being a NASCAR fan since 1966 and putting up with the slow downward spiral for 54 years, I began my "Walkaway" at the thought of NASCAR crewmen kneeling for the National Anthem. The Bubba fiasco just strengthened my resolve to stay away.

I still study NASCAR history (primarily 1960s - mid-1970s), but I am done with the current stuff. If I accidentally find something out on a broadcast, I no longer care.
