#10 I had an 84 Toyota diesel with a snorkel that could wade water up to the door with no issues. The building I worked in was next to a RR underpass that would flood with two and a half feet of water with any decent rain. I would slow down and plow through the water. Any fool that followed would drown out. The best was when the cop climbed out his cruiser's window.
Not that I care, but could/would someone please tell me WTF is going on in #4?
ReplyDeleteOh and #6 looks cheaper to maintain, in the long run, then ah hum Field Hands.

#10. There's always some dumbass who tries it.
ReplyDeleteI'll never, never, never understand halfwits that try to drive through water.
ReplyDeleteBecause until you try it, and understand the physics of why it's a bad idea, it's part of life education!

ReplyDeleteYeah, flood gauges in Houston underpasses show 25-30 feet or more in some places. The roads are part of the drainage system.
