#1 While at an door gunnery range in Korea, which is over a large tidal mud flat, we were switching out '60's to ensure proper operation of all of the weapons. Well, someone didn't lock the barrel and after the first round, out went the barrel into the mud. Spent days looking for it in the stinking mud. At least they're not going to have to look for it! Good Times!
#1: I don’t understand. They are wearing the cool sunglasses. They are posing correctly. It’s almost as if they forgot something. Some sort of basic function they were supposed to perform.
I'm not familiar with that gun at all, but you can see it has a handle on the barrel assembly so you can quick-change an overheating barrel. When you insert the barrel assembly into the receiver, there must be an interrupted thread or a pin or a latch or something you engage to hold the barrel assembly in the receiver. This gunner apparently forgot.
