Bend over, here it comes again

SACRAMENTO (AP) – Nearly three-quarters of California residents live in counties facing concerning coronavirus trends, Gov. Gavin Newsom said Monday as he warned he would impose further targeted shutdowns of counties or businesses if necessary and step up enforcement of his orders.

  2. You gotta start wondering if the people of CA (or anywhere else in the country) are ever going to push back. We've been played since the get-go on this BS: inflated fatalities (and the CDC and Birx ADMIT to inflating them), seriously under-reporting infections (which waters down the 'scary' factor) and ignoring the fact that 99% of those infected either recover or never even show symptoms. For this we shut down the economy? At what point do we begin the hangings?

  3. Cdc website tracks er visits - they show negligible increases in visits.

A few big city hospitals are seeing influx but completely manageable.

This is what developing herd immunity looks like. A spike in cases without overwhelming our hospitals IS GOOD.

Anyway that one Trump rally certainly set the nation back.... protests were no problem.

    1. This week the POS commie mayor of San Antonio has been speaking over the radio telling about all the covid cases that have exploded in San Antonio like overnight. He was actually saying numbers like there were 800 new cases in the hospitals and he said numbers who were in ICU's and another number who are on ventilators. When you add them all up, I doubt there are that many hospital beds in all of San Antonio.

But here's the twist. No one, not one person stood up and said"prove it" or challenged that POS commie at all. That is the frightening part. He can come back in two weeks and scare the shit out of everyone all over again. Someone needs to give that asshole the boolit.

  4. First your business survived a half a dozen Public Safety Power Shutoffs. Then comes the Wuhantavirus shutdowns, and you squeak through that.

Now this summer you get a Twofer! Good luck, NorCal business owners!

  5. San Francisco is mandating masks and temperature checks for all residents. But only masks with mouth holes rectal thermometers will be allowed.

  6. There's heavy pushback in the Pensacola city limits (which I live outside of). They claim that they will fine anyone who doesn't wear one, and after multiple infractions, 60 days in jail.
But they also say that anyone with a health condition that would prevent them from wearing a mask is exempt and the LEOs CANNOT ask the person to produce proof of said condition.
Guess what everyone here is telling the "enforcement officers"?
I'm surprisingly proud of the non-compliant fuckers around here. I thought all the locals had lost their balls.
Oh, as a side note, all the federal, county and city workers are, of course, exempt.
    Fuck'em all.
Had to go the the doc yesterday for my 6 month oil change (BP and thyroid meds). When my doctor came into the room with me and saw me not wearing the provided mask, he took his off and continued on as if it was just a normal day. He knows that they are as worthless as a twat on a nun.
Hey, it's coming up on the 4th of July.I'm not only celebrating independence, I'm displaying my independence from a corrupt government.
    Fuck'em all twice.

    1. "twat on a nun"-Had an elderly neighbor (Army-Air Force as a teenager during WWII) whose wife was a nurse and worked at a Catholic hospital in LA. They had an entire floor in maternity for pregnant nuns.

  7. It's not leprosy, its a flu! Adolph Newsome thrives on his daily all-channels "dayime chat"....California is taking it in the rear again.

  8. People I talk with are getting frustrated with the mask thing and most thing it's at best worthless and at worst a health hazard.
Talked with a checker at a local grocery chain who felt the store wasn't doing enough to protect the workers (they DO require mask-wearing), and she was pissed the store withdrew the extra $2 an hour "hazard pay"; she thought it was way too early.

  9. I'm in CA. I have yet to wear a mask. I made the rounds yesterdays. I was at the gas station and three stores and the pharmacy. Took about three hours. Never work a mask. A whole lot less people shooting death looks. I'm not one of those pasty frail looking guys. I'm healthy looking but with a 'Don't mess with me' face.
