Ex Hughson Mayor Accused Of Impersonating An Officer, DUI, And Hit-And-Run

PATTERSON (CBS13) — A former Hughson mayor is accused of impersonating an officer at a crash scene in Patterson.

Canh Tram says he was driving down Las Palmas in Patterson when he came to a red light at Elm Avenue.

“I say, ‘Some car behind me, look like they are drunk,’” said Tram.

Hughson's a little town in Stanislaus County. It used to be a nice farm town back when I was a youngster, the kind of place where farmers would come into town and gather at the feed or hardware store to shoot the shit while their wives did their shopping. Now it's a bedroom community to Modesto which is a bedroom community to the Fucking Bay Area.
