Nicholas Sandmann, one of the students from Covington High School who was vilified in January 2019 for innocently standing at the Lincoln Memorial with his student group while wearing a MAGA hat, won his defamation suit against the Washington Post today.

hope he gets every penny they have.
ReplyDeleteKid will be a billionaire even after the lawyers' cut once all the news agencies fold.
ReplyDeleteGood for you, Nicholas! It's great that someone with cajones stood up to these MSM a$$holes! Everybody talks a good game, but you stuck to your principles. You will do well in life, kid!
ReplyDeleteHey Kenny;
ReplyDeleteAfter he was vilified to the extent he was, I hope he rapes those lying bastards...

ReplyDeleteLet me guess: $1 but nary an apology from Bezos.
ReplyDeleteHardly, if it was a buck then the Post would be trumpeting a win! When the amount is sealed, the party thats paying is avoiding embarrassment. As it is, the lawyers (on both sides) were the big winners.
DeleteHe still has a bunch of the maggots to continue with their lawsuits. By the time it is over,he will be a very, very wealthy man, with the money to make social change,if he chooses to. A few hundred thousand dollars to every state group who is trying to fight in their own state for the right to keep and bear arms, would go farther than a large donation to the NRA, for example. Remember, all politics are local. And just look at what Bloomberg did in VA, with his money.

It's not as much fun if he's prohibited from divulging just how much he settled for, but I'm sure glad he's got them on the run! Lousy bastards!
ReplyDeleteGood for him!
ReplyDeleteI read that he had 6 cases going and that, so far, CNN and WaPo have settled. Four more to go!!!
The Colorado teacher who called the kids "Hitler Youth" and engaged in online doxing eventually resigned, just before the gutless school board appeared ready to can her ass. But most of the discussions were in executive session behind closed doors with several sheriff's deputies on site to make sure no more citizens were allowed to speak before the board during the public comments portion of the board's meeting agenda.
ReplyDeleteMedia that should have covered the incident lost interest after the first day-too hot an issue and far too much against their not-so-hidden agenda. Nothing to see.
The teacher was also a teacher's union official, so I would wager a guess she could well be on their payroll now-but the media would never think about checking that one out.
I hope Nick and his classmates bust her ass big time for every penny she is worth as well as garnished wages for the next 30 years of her miserable life. The only thing worse for her would be to move back to California from where she came.
Now all we need is for a little Wiki-Leakin' on the actual amounts. Playing by their Alinsky rules works pretty well when there are enough pissed-off normies to outnumber the freaks.
