Love bacon, if i was younger i'd think i would try that 3 day bacon camp. As it is now, oven bacon is less mess and hazard.
I put tin foil on the baking sheet and use a rack or parchment paper for the bacon.....use a cold oven, put the pan of bacon in and set temp to 440 or 450 and the timer for 20 minutes...then keep checking for how crisp you like it and stop when happy....one thing, with parchment paper you will need to turn the bacon once, with a rack you don't need to turn the bacon. When done all the tin foil keeps the mess simple to clean up.
BMT for me. Bacon mater and toast.
