President Trump signs measure aimed at excluding those in US illegally from congressional count

WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump signed a memorandum Tuesday that seeks to bar people in the U.S. illegally from being counted in congressional reapportionment, a move that drew immediate criticism from Democratic officials.

The Supreme Court blocked the administration’s effort to add a citizenship question to the 2020 census form, with a majority saying the administration’s rationale for the citizenship question — to help enforce voting rights — appeared to be contrived.

  1. After briefly reviewing the Constitutional Article, I think Trump's going to loose this one. In effect, Article 1, Section 2 says to count everyone, except Indians. Even black people, at that time, were counted as 3/5 of a person. ...and yes I know that section was modified by the Fourteenth Amendment which was further bastardized by the Demonrat party to mean something that is NOT included in the words.

  2. Wait a minute.

Citizenship questikns on the fcking census are removed by the courts because the rationale behind the argument "appears to be contrived."???!!

Hillary Clinton wasn't prosecuted after ADMITTING to violating top secret clearance matters, because a different judge decided her intent was not evil (despite the fact the law in question doesn't say its fine if uour intent was noble.)??!!!

Folks, I hate to be the one to tell you this, but the rule of law is dead in this country.

    1. Every decision where Roberts weighs in with his own version of the law makes Bush II look all that more of a fool.

  3. I fail to see what the problem is. If you are an illegal, you have no rights to the same benefits as a citizen. Maybe I'm too old for this crap.
