ReplyDeleteDuring my stint as a prison guard, we had one inmate who went overboard making his shank - it was so long he had to walk stiff legged when it was hidden in his pants.
ReplyDeletePerfect candidate for the Guv's personal valet.
ReplyDeleteMom's cousin did some time in Folsom. Something about him being too violent for other lockups or something. I met him when he got out. He was about 6'8" and looked like a Viking. Hell of a nice guy. He really turned his life around after he got out - became a truck driver for a pickle maker.
ReplyDeleteOnly picture mom had of him was a Polaroid he'd sent her of him and his buddy "Mad Dog" in the prison yard.
