Wasn't this supposed to be for low risk criminals?

WOODLAND (CBS13) – A California inmate who was serving a 125-year-to-life sentence for arson and making threats to rape and kill is being released from prison because of COVID-19.

  1. Well that isn't surprising. I bet if you looked you'd find the prisons in some states have been just about emptied.

    My guess is they need the prison space for mask deniers and though crimes.

  4. These fuckin libs want to release all the prisoners AND defund the po-lice. I say if that's their deal, then de-fund the politician's armed security detail and see how long that shit lasts!

  5. Anyone given a 125 year sentence had a whole lot of small sentences stacked up consecutively. That means the original judge new he was a dangerous criminal, but could not give him a life sentence. He needs to stay in jail.
