Joseph Max Fucheck, 58, faces felony charges of aggravated assault with a firearm with prejudice and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle announced Tuesday. He's being charged under the state's hate crime law.

Were there any witnesses? Video? Without that, I will have to side against the Fascist BLMs.
ReplyDeleteMiami/Dade/Broward. That explains it all.
ReplyDeleteCurious.
ReplyDeleteState DA's not charging 'Hate Crimes' for all the statues/storefronts destroyed and damaged with 'hateful' graffiti?
He is a convicted Felon! And pulls a gun on someone who cannot report him fast enough.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely Florida Man.
Was he wearing a mask at the time? If so that might help.
ReplyDeleteWhy is it that only a White person can be charged with a "hate" crime?
ReplyDeleteBullshit, bullshit. Yeah, the dude was a dumbass, a felon with a gun. The DA is a bumber ass, with his remark about "sad." But what is more BS is the "white...man" and a "Black homeowner." Scaredass MFs with new capitalization rules are now placing one race above another.
ReplyDeleteYou noticed that too with the capitalization, huh?
