I got news for that owner. If that pup is doing that behavior all the time, it needs to be tested for myasthenia gravis. The two cases I've seen in my career looked eerily similar to what this little pup is doing (if it's a persistent behavior).
Yep, have a little dog that the vet said it probably had it but without expensive tests wouldn't be sure. After playing hard it would just fall over. She did out grow it & hasn't had an episode in years.
It seems that the owner is holding a control of some sort in his hands. When the dog hits the dirt it seems it happens the same time he presses the button on the control.
So the dog is either a radio controlled mutt or there is some sort of a shock collar on it that shocks him into submission.
I have one like it and use it on my girlfriend ..... not :-)
