Shit, Trump could have a field day with Biden's 44 years of 'promises kept'. Also pointing out that many of the reasons why Trump did not accomplish them was active participation of both Democrat and Republicans refusing to play along.

When I used to wear a suit, my company's brain-storming sessions included someone in the meetings who searched the WHOIS Domain database for slogans and names we were considering using in advertising. If they were available, we bought them on the spot. It was the price of doing business and a little insurance for the future. We simply didn't renew the ones we didn't use.
"Keep America Great" was talked about back in 2016 for use in a second-term campaign. Wake up to the 21st Century people; the days of "We Want Roosevelt Again" are dead and gone.
