Where bad choices make good stories
Should stitches be part of the reparations since Mr. Floyd didn't receive his until the autopsy, or do posthumous stitches count in this case?
I don't give a hoot about Floyd. He is not the reason people steal shoes. Just a politicians excuse.

It doesn't say that he was a CI. It is asking for documents that may exist if he is a CI. That doesn't mean that those documents exist, just that if they do, they must be turned over.
