I'd be willing to bet that if black people were killing white people, something would be done about the shooting problem.

They never answered the question: why is 90% of the crime, perpetrated by 13% of the population. Well, other than to lie about the lack of opportunity in the ghetto.
Biggest part of this problem would disappear if black male children had fathers present and engaged.
