Dude, really? Don't get me wrong, I'm not one of those pearl-clutching types but you might want to reconsider this. My daughter, diagnosed with Anorexia at the age of 11 looked very much like this at thirteen. Her illness has cost my family and I hundreds of thousands of dollars and you know what, she's in nursing school right now in Charleston having beat (hopefully) this devastating disease. I'm sure this young woman wanted to brag on her recovery and we should be celebrating this, not making jokes about it.
I think a lot of people come here for the offbeat humor from my commenters as well as myself, and that's the way it was intended. I don't think there's anybody that sees that picture here will doubt the struggle that this young lady (and your daughter) has gone through to beat anorexia.
