    I'll bet this was a shipment of end of useful life Japanese cars, headed for Eastern Russia.

    No problem. When they arrive at their destination they'll just run 'em through an Earl Scheib paint shop, replace the battery with some remanufactured Sears Diehards and they'll be good as new
