I used to live in Dearboristan, MI and I would see them steal all the time. It's OK if it's a "non-believer" they consider it "geisa" or a tax on infidels.
Roma gypsies in Romania or Bulgaria, I can't tell y the sign. They steal so much it's not funny. Now they demand to be called 'travellers' as gypsies are considered a derogatory term.
