Your Friday Morning Florida Report

FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. – A U.S. Census working trying to help residents fill out the 2020 Census was threatened by a Flagler County man Monday who threatened him with an AR-15 rifle, shooting as the man retreated, according to authorities and witnesses.

Flagler County deputies were called to the home on Clove Avenue in Bunnell around 6:15 p.m. after the federal employee reported Michael Cooper, 32, shot at him.

    3. lol, sorry Mr. Lane - I don't think I have noticed a neck tat on any of your pictures. I really do wonder what folks are thinking when they do stuff like this. http://www.thesmokinggun.com/mugshots/general/tattoos/tattoo

    4. It's down low enough that I can (barely) cover it with a shirt collar. Most times my hippie hair covers it. About the only time it's really noticeable is when I'm wearing a T-shirt with my hair tied back.
      I'm still all butthurt though.....

    5. Well, I'm sorry sir but your description of your tat isn't quite what I had in mind when I made my remark.

    6. Oh quit, I was just fucking with you when I said I was butthurt. I'll throw another one at you: it reads Psalm 91:5 in really fancy script.

The bonus of me getting it was it pissed my ex wife off to no end. Oh boy, was she hot.

  3. Should've known it was in the Mondex, a huge trailer park ten miles out in the piney woods. What could go wrong?

  4. Guy did a few stupid things. That said, judging from some of the comments after the article, that guy is clearly not the stupidest person around.

  5. Notice how the census worker is ID'd as a 'federal employee'? That ol boy is in a whole heap o' trouble. It doesn't matter if it is the dog catcher, if he's a federal employee the law is gonna come down swift and hard.

The regulations are that if 'any' federal employee asks for personal information from a citizen, they must comply or face a bevy of federal charges. You can tell a local or state employee to GFY but not a fed.

So here we got a shitbird census worker with the full powers of the fed to back him up. That puts the census worker on par with a US Marshal or any other G-man. If you're gonna shoot, don't miss.
