HB0018 is sponsored by Representative Bruce Griffey (R-District 75). The bill would allow open or concealed carry to those who legally own firearms in the state but don't have a concealed permit.

This looked like it was a done deal back in February, then there was..... nothing.
Same thing here in the Buckeye . Stand your ground coming up again but the rino gubernor has embraced the Soros death cult .
ReplyDeleteIt'll never happen. The lawmaker is only trolling for votes with his proposed wet-dream.
ReplyDeleteHopefully it will make it this time.
ReplyDeleteWe have constitutional carry up here in N'Hampsha and I remember the claims made by those against the idea: "Blood in the streets". "Shootout at the OK Corral". "Road Rage shootings." What did we actually see?
Violent crimes of all kinds went down.
We have the same problem here in La. I just finally decided fuck it and just started doing it. It's a $50 fine if convicted, which is unlikely unless you're breaking some other law at the same time, which is a lot cheaper than the permit...... Fuck em

I thought that this thing called the Constitution already covered that...
ReplyDeleteI wonder which RINO will kill it in committee THIS year...
ReplyDeleteProbly, tween mouthfuls of Chik-in, Cohen objected
ReplyDeleteEven with a law in place that doesn't require a permit to carry, that only applies within that state. If you travel out of state, you will need a permit to be legal.
ReplyDeleteDepends on what states you travel to, Tn residents can legally Constitutional Carry in .Mississippi, anyone who can legally own a handgun can Constitutional Carry in Mississippi.
