Looks like the parked cars (VW wagon) have New York plates, and I think the car that went into the storefront has NJ plates. People using English on the audio as well.
That should happen to every one of those MF's in every city in this country where these commies think they own the turf. That vid is so good I watched it several times.
What happened? Not sure officer, tried to step on brake and the harder I pressed the faster I went. The guy with the stick had me confuused, should have seen the look on his face up against the front of the car, super sorry about the window. I called GICO already.
