    1. Technically no.

      - The wooden construction is carried on a hidden floating platform from steel made up of 21 LASH barges.[1] Previously the LASH barges were cargo containers, towed or pushed as floating barges over inland waterways, while carried on large ships over rough seas. Hence the ark can be towed by tugboats over the rivers, but it is not seaworthy. It could travel the seas on top of a pontoon or transport ship.

  4. Just curious, is it actually sea worthy? I see it appears to be floating but I wonder if it's ever left the shore?

  5. I've been in that (they charge admission, fwiw). It's built on a metal barge. I'm not a boat guy, but I don't think it'd survive much wave action.
