"But I love you!"

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — A Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC) inmate has been federally charged with using mail to harass the widow of a man he murdered in 2009. Some of the mail came in the form of Christmas and Valentine's Day cards.
