We used to open bottles with a six foot folding rule. Put a brass end under the cap and hit the bottom of the rule and the cap pops right off. Saw a guy do that but the end he put under the cap also housed the sliding brass extension that would give ya six more inches. He hit the bottom of the rule and near drove that extension clean through his hand.
Not too bright, but she eventually gets the correct object in her mouth. I think it's called "edging foreplay".
