Gov. Newsom Denies Stay-At-Home Order Was Lifted To Appease Critics Calling For Recall
SACRAMENTO (CBS133) — Gov. Gavin Newsom is defending his decision to lift the statewide stay-at-home order against criticism it’s a move to weaken the recall effort against him.
There will be no appeasement. He's pissed off just about everyone. They've been saying it for some time now but there is a resurgence in the narrative that recalls are very expensive. Implied is the expense is why the recall should be abandoned.
What's going to happen, or at least they'll try, is the SecState will render enough signatures as invalid. They have done this before and it worked. The SecState will also drag her feet in certifying the signatures. The new SecState is a true believer, hailed as the first woman and 'minority'to assume that office.
We're only 300,000 signatures away from a recall. A lot more people are pissed off at Newslum than Davis and he was recalled. Unfortunately the "terminator" was the result and he didn't do shit for Californians.
In politics, there is no such thing as a coincidence.

To borrow from Razorfist: It's just the coinkiest of goddamn dinks.
