A friend of mine did that to a police officer while we were in college. He was charged with felony assault on a police officer with a dangerous weapon.
You guys do realize the Cop purposely put his foot in front of the tire right? Not so much that his actual foot was run over but his shoe was. I'm all for Law Enforcement but lets not turn a blind eye to purposely putting ones self in a situation to feign an injury so that the following over reaction seemed justified.
Everyone is angry that sumdood with an expensive car actually exercised his freedom. The law in my state (and I assume there as well) is if you can move the vehicle before the ticket is written you don't have a ticket. The cop illegally detained that man. Sure he was some well off jack*ss. What if it was your wife that was trapped like that? Your daughter? I am glad none of you have had any negative experience with a criminal cop or someone who simply got off on abusing the power they assume with the badge.
Obviously, the gentleman in the vehicle was jealous of the note-pad... no other possible explanation.
ReplyDeleteShouldn't drive on the cops foot, they have no sense of humor at all...
ReplyDeleteDamn, they cut the the "knee on the neck, I can't breath" part.
ReplyDeleteYou'd get shot for that today.....
ReplyDeleteToo many people around for the beatdown the driver deserved.
ReplyDeleteNemo
Too many people around to shoot the asshole pig in the face like he deserved.
DeleteREALLY? for writing a parking ticket?

Is there an echo in here?
DeleteJust because one has the wherewithal to own an exotic, doesn't mean a cop can be ignored.
ReplyDeleteSeriously, he probably knows somebody who knows somebody who could make a parking ticket go away. Assaulting a police officer, not so much.
DeleteI don't know about that--Antifa/BLM are driving a shitty 200-year-old Marx, & they seem to be doing it.

Never run over a cop's foot.
ReplyDeleteI especially like the way the cop slammed the door open into the taxi.
ReplyDeleteHe deliberately put his foot in front of the tire, but hey, no rioting looting and burning today for the vicious attack on the driver.
ReplyDeleteApparently he thought he was somebody real special for a couple minutes.
ReplyDeletecop foot to sore to shove up that punk's ass. So he handcuffed him.
ReplyDeleteFAFO. Maybe a life lesson for a trust fund baby?
ReplyDeleteAssault on the popo is a nono.
ReplyDeleteHe didn't seem to have much of a plan. Even dumb asses have money.
ReplyDeleteHe was an amateur. if you decide to run over a cop, you gotta run them all the way over.
ReplyDeleteShow that at the next black lies matter protest. Here's yer white privilege. Looks just like black opression but with a lighter tone.

ReplyDeleteIs the driver named Hunter?
ReplyDeleteSeen this before- if memory serves that is a sheet head who has diplomatic immunity.
ReplyDeleteThat DI won't save him from getting roughed up a little but it's a get outta jail free card. Probably didn't even take him to jail.
As I recall, a Saudi kid who's daddy had some kind of UN pull.
DeleteColor me shocked. =/

Cop? I thought they were called meter maids - totally separate from police duties.
ReplyDeleteWorks for shumer

ReplyDeletePeople with too much power, curb it or disband them. Their services are no longer required.

The smackaround and subsequent damage to the sportscar as it was towed ... was richly deserved.
ReplyDeleteDI or no, "Don't be an asshole" are simple words to live by.
Maybe the rich asshole learned something. Or Not. IDGAF.
You still there....?

Interesting to see how close to evenly split the pro-cop/anti-cop (or anti-asshole/pro-freedom) split runs in these comments.
