Tennessee governor faces criticism for approach to virus
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – As their state faced one of its toughest months of the pandemic, Tennesseans watched Gov. Bill Lee’s rare primetime address to see whether new public restrictions to curb the spread of the coronavirus might be coming.
The people criticizing the actions, or lack thereof, in dealing with Covid by pointing out that the hospitals are overrun with Covid patients conveniently forget that this isn't the first time that hospitals have been overrun with flu patients.
One of the many, many problems right here - "the state's situation would not be so dire if he had placed more faith in the government’s role in keeping people safe"
Faith in the Government.
If I ever resort to having faith in the government to keep me safe just take me out to the woodshed and tell my family I went to live on a nice farm with a lot of land to run.
