The Supreme Court is now 'radicalized'?

You weren’t the only one who missed it when the newly radicalized Supreme Court issued a stark warning last month that it may use the coronavirus pandemic to attack the power of the executive branch, potentially hamstringing President Joe Biden and Democratic governors in the midst of the greatest crisis America has faced since World War II.

  3. The Ministry of Truth sez "radicalized" means keeping government within it's Constitutional limits.

    2. We should set up a color coded warning for links, links to Left-linked party line sites like Yahoo news should be pink, with green underlining.

    3. Against my better judgement, I actually opened the link; saw it was yahoots, read the first line then exited. In my book yahoots has as much crediatbility as a whore in church giving the children's sermon.

    4. Depending on how hot the whore is she’s more than welcome in my church. When I was still in high school I used to skip Sunday school and take a girl friend with benefits up to the steeple in the older church for about an hour. Then we’d go to mass and ask for forgiveness. Was that wrong? Lol

  5. The author of that piece, David R. Lurie, is a flaming liberal attorney that practices in New York City.

The ONLY arguable say that the government should have in the pandemic is to protect the hospitals from getting overrun with COVID cases so that they can't effectively treat other emergency conditions. Otherwise, If a person wants to take the risk of becoming infected, that should be up to him or her. For all but the most vulnerable, despite the hoopla in the MSM news, COVID is merely a major annoyance. It is not the death sentence that the media makes it out to be.

If someone is aged or has other risk factors that would make them more prone to having a serious COVID case, locking themselves indoors for a year is their prerogative, but that should not be foisted upon the population in general by the gubmint.

If the gubmint let COVID take its natural course, the country would have developed herd immunity by now, and COVID would no longer be a problem. But noooo!!! They had to monkey things up to maintain their control over the people. Mandatory vaccines will soon follow with more losses of individual freedom.

Trump's Supreme Court is actually doing its job as a check against the rampant runaway power glommed by the democrats from the People.

    1. Agree: I could only get half-way through that Yahoo screed of propaganda.... The more the Supreme Court blocks random executive action, even action "claimed" to be supported by science, the better. Maybe it is sad that it was Kentucky instead of California, but take it where you can.

I would guess they will all of a sudden "find" that a federal order somehow has universal bearing.... Being we are not a republic anymore.

If you really were at risk of death do you think they would need to fine people to change their behavior--of course not. Educate them. Problem for them is people are learning and educating themselves and the real science is not agreeing with the politics.

  10. "Radicalized" for a Liberal means anyone who stands in their way of making their version of Utopia, or who might, you know, actually apply the Law or the Constitution to stop them. It is LeftSpeak for "a postion which I oppose"
It is battlespace preparation for an argument, really. Define any opposing view as ""radical" and folks on one side are already sympathetic....Much like they do for campaign ads for Democrats...."The Radical/Extreme position of my opponent....

Note this quote from the article: "the GOP’s ability to stymie Biden’s legislative efforts will be more limited"....which means that they will behelpless to change, stop, or derail the "radical" liberal agenda...

  13. Must be a lot of new folks on the site. We can either laugh at the craven imbeciles running .gov and their apparatchiks, cry and keep our heads down hoping they’ll come for us last or something else. I’m getting older now and can’t quite remember what that something else is or if I’m doing it now or in the near future, but I do intend to laugh all the way to my grave. Fuck em! Eod1sg Ret
