U.S. and Chinese leaders have not spoken in over 11 months with the last call occurring on March 27 under the Trump administration.
Maybe he should think about developing the best military we can have instead of the most "Woke" military.

Sure they “will eat our lunch”. They can't feed themselves and Biden is going to supply them with the food they need while shortchanging the American food supply.
