  1. I want to see the rest of the video. It looks like a real education was about to be delivered.

    1. If I worked there I wouldn't mind getting fired.

  3. Good for him, hopefully the parents will thank him for helping their kid.

  4. Obviously not a US classroom. The teacher would have been gang beaten if not worse and then he would’ve been fired for slapping the vermin.

  5. Had an 8th grade teacher knock me and my desk over. Kind of like video, but more like an open handed punch. He worked for my dad in the summers (construction) and dad told him if I acted up to hit me with a 2x4. I stood desk back up, sat down, and shut my fuckin mouth! Lesson learned.

  6. Starker here,
When I was in high school 70's, I saw a teacher who was maybe 5'6" pick up a kid who was 6' plus with one hand, feet off of the ground, and slam him against the lockers. All of the students regained their respect for the teacher. The "badass" apologized and didn't trouble anyone again.
Contrast that with a school I was taking care of computers for in 96. A kid was walking down the hall during class and saying "nobody better f'n touch me" he owned the place at 12 years old.
Nothing better than a swift reprimand, justice, or even Karma. The feedback loop has to be short and definite.

  7. I went to Catholic school where a Nun hit me one time in the first grade. It was like a light went on in my head and I instantly understood the cause and effect paradigm as well as the behavioral expectations of a civilized society. They never had to lay a hand on me again. I got it. My idiot brother on the other hand got the shit beat out of him the whole time he was there because he couldn't quite put it together in his head. It was hilarious. He still gets mad about it.

    1. I fully understand, I was in Catholic school up through the third grade in the 70's. FYI: My mother was a 3rd grade public school teacher. When I went to public school I didn't learn anything new until I was half way through the fifth grade.
