  1. Aww, that's no problem. All awards and court costs will be footed by the tax payer.

  2. Biden's only the signatory. It's the Deep State, Globalist cabal that's responsible for the EOs intended to destroy the country within 5 years.

  3. That's so cute!
They think laws or the Constitution means anything to the feds.
The Supremes won't look at them because of 'standing'.
The rule of law officially died 12 years ago, some people didn't get the memo.

To date Paxton from Texas is the only one to go after Xiden.

  8. Such lawsuits eventually make their way up the Federal Court tree. Sooner or later these lawsuits will reach a judge(s) who are just as commie as Biden and his puppet masters. At
that point the lawsuits will be dismissed. The Fed Judiciary has already proven to us REPEATEDLY that they are a wholly owned subsidiary of the American Communist Party nee Demonrats.

  9. IF SCOTUS rules the way they should (which I doubt) the globalists will recognize and correct their mistake of pushing too many EO’s too quickly.

I believe SCOTUS will pick and choose a minimum number to throw deemed unconstitutional (Title IX ‘frinstance) but they will still get the majority of their edicts blessed by SCOTUS.

    Either way, we’re screwed.

  11. When the consequences for a judge accepting a bribe to defer or dismiss a case is the offering of further and larger bribes...appealing un-Constitutional actions to ANY court in this country is a wasted effort.

Keep on doing it if it makes you feel better, but as noted before you won't be getting anywhere with it.

  12. EO's supposedly have no basis in law, but when there is no law?
