#14 - I was in the Air Force, and that actually happened to a friend. Not his anxiety, but hers. We were in a high TDY unit, and every time he went out, she had a mental health emergency or something and he had to be called back. After the third or fourth time, USAF said, "Bye. Don't bother trying to enlist again."
I was in the USAF for 21 years with the first 13 in Joint Services. All but 2 of those years I had a Marine as a supervisor. My first supervisor always said I was his re-education project. I was also the only USAF in the shop. My first supervisor and I are still close friends.
After 13 years I was reassigned to a USAF Combat Comm unit. It was a cake walk. I finally got to regular Air Force and I excelled as I coasted the last 8 years.
14) I used to know someone who I was pretty sure got a general discharge from the Army because they got sick of dealing with his wife's batshit craziness all the time every single day.
#17, been there done that. Had this bitch text me, pissing one more bitch about how I did her wrong. I texted back "Uhmm, if I knew who you were, I might be able to defend my actions", long story short, wrong number!
