Lock walls have sliders to tie up to. This looks like a seawall and if he had left enough slack for the boat to stay in the water it looks like he would have a punctured hull.Daryl

I'm impressed by the cleats on the boat.
He might know a little about knots but he doesn't know squat about tying up a boat or tides .
If you don't touch it for about six hours, everything will be fine.
