One thing that is seldom mentioned in these articles is the payoff to Warren Buffet and the BNSF railroad. Buffet stands to make a(nother) fortune as up to 80% of the oil flowing into the US will be carried on his railroad. As we all know, this has nothing to do with protecting the environment.
