Conservatives Embracing Tulsi Gabbard Ignore Her Totalitarian Demands on Guns

“Tulsi has a consistent record of advocating for sensible gun control,” a 2018 campaign statement announced. “She has long called for reinstating a federal ban on military-style assault weapons and high capacity magazines, requiring comprehensive pre-purchase background checks, closing the gun-show loophole, and making sure that terrorists are not allowed to buy guns. Tulsi has an F-rating from the NRA, a 0% rating by the Hawaii Rifle Association, and a 100% rating by the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence. She is focused on building bipartisan solutions that can actually be passed into law, rather than using the issue as a partisan political football.”

    1. Rockets? IED on convoy? All it takes is one ping on the side of your vehicle and you can be put in for a CAB. Is that what you are talking about?

Regarding her stance on my personal property, aahhh that ain’t flyin bitch.

  2. I have wondered about this seemingly "turn" to a conservative thought from her. Seeing as how just last year "we" were supposed to hate her for...for.. being a liberal. All I can say is that once a liberal; always a liberal. The encroachment she is doing is part of the "agenda". For all you conservatives.....just because the parrot is beautiful and has wonderful chest plumage; doesn't make them less willing to pluck your eyes out.

  3. Theres a reason they have their meeting place behind wire now. This here is a fine example of why they NEED it. This will not end well.

    1. No one is "meeting" there. The House doesn't "meet" anywhere. It is all stage play. You will find this out maybe next month.

  4. It's not like conservatives don't have their own politicians who embrace totalitarian demands on guns. They must funnel a lot of cash to the NRA to keep those nice ratings, though.

  5. That's why it wasn't much of a stretch to start calling conservatives, "connedservatives". They seem to fall for anyone with a pretty face who says a few of the right words, even if what they do is opposite.

Call me an American. I'm not a Republican, Conservative, Libertarian, and damned sure not a commie.

American to the bone. Fuck all those other grifters. I can be a Patriot, but when it turns into "Paytriot", I'll bail on them, too.

  6. I don't embrace her. But I have commented that she's among the least insane Leftists.

Which isn't the same as being sane.

    1. Same here. I have looked into some of her talking points, and found her to be one of the less disastrous leftists. But I just could not vote for her because of her stance on the 2nd amendment. On a federal level, I am a 1 issue voter.

  7. I'd hit that. Wouldn't vote for her, but I would hit it.

    1. Actually, if she runs for something we want her to win, you'll vote for her dozens of times, even if we have to fill out your ballots for you.
