Feds Quietly Dismiss Dozens of Cases Against Antifa Extremists Who Terrorized Downtown Portland Last Summer
Federal prosecutors have “quietly dismissed” 34 of 90 cases stemming from the violent riots in downtown Portland last summer, and many more federal charges are expected to be dismissed soon, KGW8 reported this week. Cases being dismissed include felony charges such as assaults on federal officers, court records show.

ReplyDeleteCorrect me if I'm wrong, but only a judge can dismiss a case with prejudice (which means that the accused cannot be charged with that particular crime again)?

I never thought I would live to see our Capitol surrounded by fencing. Ironic, that fencing to keep illegals out of the country is wrong. But fencing to keep US CITIZENS out of the nations Capitol is absolutely fine. I have never been to DC. But I would go to watch these traitors hang.

Those numbers a really low, they have been letting people go, not charging or dropping charges all last year. Catch and release is not just for Illegal Aliens, but lefty radicals as well.

I'm supposed to be shocked and surprised by this, why? It's been crystal clear since day one that the fix was in on this stuff. Not sure why the Right still keeps expecting the Left by play by any rules other than the Left's own.... at some point, their side's cheating pales in comparison to our side's inability to grasp the obvious.

ReplyDeleteIn November the riots stopped just before election and never started again excepting in Portland, this was a election scam to get Biden elected so they are not going to harm their own troops. What should scare you and I really mean "SCARE" you is how the national, state and local law enforcement and the Justice system worked together to defeat Trump. Why would all these rioters be set free with no punishment and who is deciding this action from out of sight? You should fear our legal and law enforcement departments because this is a nationwide effort to destroy the vote and it is was done by the very people who are running the legal system. Pay attention to how they are treating the January 6th DC rioters and how they are treating everybody else across this country.
