PENNINGTON GAP, Va. — A man was justified in shooting his son-in-law to death last week, according to Lee County Commonwealth's Attorney H. Fuller Cridlin.
Officials said 47-year-old Kevin Corbin assaulted a family member last week. Although the incident wasn't reported to police, the family member reported the incident to their family and took photographs of the injuries.
