    1. Yeah, if that's not a set up, I don't know what is.

  2. One thing I know for sure, if a dog owner tells you to beware, beware. I can’t remember how many times I’ve told grown assed men not to do certain things to one of my dogs only to have them do exactly that. Then they get chewed on a little bit and get pissed off at me for having a mean dog. I have never had a mean dog. Only dumb people. Never raise your hand or voice to me or a family member while one of my Shepherds is around, even playing. Never try to “hug” one of them unless you’re under 12 years old or slow. They know. Pretty simple.

    1. I have an ankle biter (Chihuahua) and people insist she is a big old love dumb lab. I call her my 10 pound Rottweiler... she don't like people petting her and then raising their voice or coming close to me too. She turns herself inside out when loving me.

    2. Our Shepherd was like that too. My wife would be the only one to feed her for the first few weeks and I was the "no" guy as well as the ball thrower. I was gone alot but told people not to walk up on my wife. The dog would get in between and just sit there and stare up at them. One guy said that it was flat-out scary but she never bit anyone.

  3. Knew a guy that took first paint for corvettes three years running. Go to his house/shop and there were two Dobermans. I'm talking up in the holler, a county boy. Chickens riding on the dogs backs eating ticks. He had two little kids a boy and a girl. He would tell people stay away from the dogs, stay away from the kids and all will be fine. Dogs never gave me a minute trouble cuz I listened. Some didn't and paid the price.
