Whenever I was his vids. I'm always amazed at how little muzzle rise there is no matter what he's demonstrating. His hands and wrists must strong enough to bend steel.

ReplyDeleteBullet casting. Been there, done that, not worth it anymore. You can still get reasonably priced bullets online, but the lead times are out there. Primers and powder, not so much. There are people on YT reloading _primers_. Naaah. If it comes to that I'll take up fishing, or archery.
ReplyDeleteI can HAVE all the lead I want from my local tire dealer. All I have to do is ask for his used tire weights. You better hurry and ask, because they are going to zinc instead of lead. I have 500 pounds on hand that still needs cleaning up. One of these days....
